If you have any questions about your commission, ask me!

Please be ready with references, a layout, and more than a general idea of what you are wanting before commissioning me.

Please make sure to communicate properly with me. I will send you WIPs and ask questions about your commission to ensure I am doing what you are wanting. If you don't respond within 5 days, I will assume you want me to continue.

I reserve the right to not accept your commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason. If I do cancel your commission, you will receive all the files of the unfinished product. Refund available if less then 50% of the commission completed. Additional fees will be dropped.

I will not make changes or edits to someone else's work.

You cannot use my work for any generative AI purposes.

Payments via PayPal only. (USD)

After accepting the commission, payment must be done before I start.

I will only refund if I haven't started the commission.

Payment plans are available, please discuss it with me.

When the commission is completed, the private link to the world will be removed, and I will hold on to the files until full payment is complete.

By default my work is not for commercial uses and only for personal use.

If you would like to use your commission for commercial uses, it will cost extra. The price is variable depending on the kind of commission. You are required to credit me.

I reserve the right to publish your commission on any platform. If you wish to keep your commission private, please make sure to discuss it with me.

Do not claim the commission as your work.

The time it takes for a commission varies on the commission type. Smaller worlds are quicker, larger worlds are longer. It can take up to 4 months.

In case your commission is delayed, I will inform you.

WIPs will be provided, as well as a private world link that will get updated as I work on it. Use it to tell me what you want.

Making changes to the commission may cost extra depending on the change. I will inform you if so.

If you want your commission to be completed by a specific date, it may cost extra.

After a commission is complete you will receive the project files. As well as a permanent private world link.

Please note that I used a paid add-on called Bakery - GPU Lightmapper for the lighting. So make sure you have that if you wish to make changes yourself in the unity project.

Adding more rooms is an additional $75.

Based on complexity of the modeling, price can increase an additional $100 - $300.

Rush is an additional %30, price may vary.

I will inform you if any changes you are requesting will cost additional amounts before continuing on the commission.
